Prior to joining Epitome, Liz served as a Director at reacHIRE where she managed all recruitment programs for Fidelity Investments’ return-to-work program. Under her leadership, the reacHIRE-Fidelity partnership expanded into five new markets and achieved an industry-leading 92% success rate on all placements. Committed to helping companies develop a clear pathway for women to return to the workforce, Liz served as an understanding and dedicated confidant for returning women and a staunch ally for business line leaders.
Liz earned her degree in Human Services from Elon University and is proud to call North Carolina her home. A self-proclaimed travel addict, Liz enjoys exploring new places with friends and family and is currently planning her next trip to see the Northern Lights in 2022, a lifelong bucket list item.
