Corporate Culture Pulse Check. We work quickly to understand the structure and unique culture of your organization through discussions with select employees at different levels within your organization.
Ideal Candidate Assessment. We share our findings and candidate profile recommendations based on the completed Ideal Client Discovery and Corporate Culture Pulse Check.
Timeline & Deliverables. We plot the specific deliverables and dates (including regular check-in meetings) and begin work immediately. There is no lag time.

Deliver “Finalist-Level” Candidates. We present a slate of top-tier candidates so you can reserve your time to meet with the most relevant people. We look for the nuances that don’t show up on a resume to determine if the candidate will thrive at your company. We evaluate a prospect’s hard and soft skills as well as their reputation in the industry.
Candidate Prep. We want every finalist to bring their best self to the interview process. We help candidates prepare for their interviews and provide the insights you’ve granted us permission to share. Our commitment to candidates and clients drives long-term results.
Step 3
Finalist-Level Interview Feedback. We meet to discuss your takeaways and plan next steps accordingly.
Reference Checks & Offer Consultation. We work with you to check references and secure what you need to confidently extend an offer of employment. We advise on the offer that will secure your top choice based on our knowledge of what motivates each candidate.
Post-hire Follow-up. Our work is not done when the offer is accepted. We conduct personal follow-up meetings with new hires and management within the first two months of employment to make sure the candidate and the company are exceeding expectations.
